The contemporary artist Julia Jacquette has contributed images of her paintings to the Artstor Digital Library.

Julia Jacquette (b. 1964) is based in New York City and Amsterdam. She completed her M.F.A. at Hunter College in 1992 and received a Pollock-Krasner Grant in 1998. Jacquette often incorporates aspects of commercial and popular imagery in her work in reference to consumer culture. Her work was included in the first installment of PS1’s “Greater New York” exhibition, and in 2004, she was given a retrospective at the Frances Young Tang Teaching Museum and Art Gallery at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. Jacquette has exhibited extensively throughout the United States and abroad and her work is included in the permanent collections of The Museum of Modern Art, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, the Rhode Island School of Design Museum, among other institutions. She has taught at the Rhode Island School of Design, Princeton University, and is currently on the faculty at the Fashion Institute of Technology (NYC).
