The Quality Assurance (QA) team is a dynamic and flexible group. For us to achieve our mission and continue to positively impact the education of people everywhere, we need to build and embrace technology that supports constant innovation to delight our users.  To this end, QA is responsible for ensuring product and methods quality for all new development initiatives. We do this by emphasizing continuous process improvement, user focus, and defect prevention/detection. Our QA Automation Engineers are responsible for feature/function validation while also driving the development and maintenance of automated test suites in a Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) environment.

The Senior Institutional Participation Coordinator (IPC), K12 & Secondary Schools is a new position and will be based in the New York office.  The position will report to the Manager, Institutional Participation, U.S./Canada.  The position will collaborate with ITHAKA’s Associate Vice President and Vice President of Outreach.  As the Senior IPC, K12 & Secondary Schools, you will share responsibility for expanding JSTOR and Artstor Digital Library participation within the U.S. (K12) and global secondary school community.  This position will require some travel (less than 10%) and will demand a self-motivated, flexible, organized team player who thrives in an environment of constant change.

The Sr. Institutional Participation Coordinator (IPC), Artstor will be based in the New York office and will collaborate with ITHAKA’s Director, Institutional Participation & Strategic Partnerships, for the South and Mid-Atlantic regions.  As the Sr. IPC, Artstor, you will have the primary responsibility of lead generation and the tracking and closing of new opportunities for Artstor Digital Library and Shared Shelf, in addition to supporting the mission and revenue goals of these products.

Artstor is seeking a User Support Coordinator. This position will serve in an administrative and support role for both the User Services and Strategic Services (Shared Shelf) teams. These teams provide technical support and training services to subscribers, both at the institutional level and to end users. The position reports to the Assistant Director of User Services and the Assistant Direct of Strategic Services.
