Becoming a participant: Colleges and Universities (outside the United States)

Participation is currently available to institutions outside the United States in selected countries. Intellectual property and copyright law differs from country to country; most of the content in the ARTstor Digital Library will be available to international participants, but some materials will not be available due to copyright concerns. Over time, we expect to expand the availability of the ARTstor Digital Library internationally.

ARTstor classifies international institutions of higher education into six categories in an attempt to fairly assess fees for participation. We have done our best to ensure that institutions with similar characteristics reside in the same category. If your institution is already a JSTOR participant, your JSTOR classification will also be your ARTstor classification.

For assistance in determining your ARTstor classification, or with questions about your classification, please complete the Participation Form.
