As a Metadata Manager for ARTstor, Lisa analyzes, enhances, and maps contributed data along established guidelines for inclusion in the ARTstor Digital Library. Her other duties include evaluating user feedback, improving data searchability, and developing project workflows. She works closely with the Production and Technology teams in order to enhance data display and coordinate launch data.
Prior to joining ARTstor, Lisa worked in the Department of Art History and Archaeology's Visual Media Center at Columbia University while completing her graduate studies. She also freelanced as an art history editor and research assistant, in addition to serving as the documentation specialist for the de-installation of the Period Rooms at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
Lisa holds an MA from Columbia University specializing in American Studies, and a BA from Simmons College in Art History, magna cum laude.
