User Services Specialist
Kimberly Henrikson is a User Services Specialist for ARTstor. As a User Services Specialist, Kimberly is responsible for providing front line support services to institutions licensing ARTstor, in addition to working closely with the User Services Coordinator. She comes to ARTstor after three and a half years at Yahoo! HotJobs, a web-based tool for jobseekers and employers. In her role at HotJobs, she worked extensively with recruiters on member-side technical support and training. Prior to HotJobs, she also gained client experience working as an Account Manager for a printing company and briefly for a New York based fashion design house. Kimberly received her Bachelors degree from Penn State University, majoring in Art History. In 1998, she represented the undergraduate art history department as a speaker at the Ohio Area Student Symposium held at the Cleveland Museum of Art. In addition to her client services experience, she has worked at MB Modern art gallery in New York and the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, Smithsonian Institution.
