Maria Watts

User Services Associate

As User Services Associate, Maria Watts works directly with our users to provide phone and email support for ARTstor and its associated resources as well as help with departmental projects. She holds a BFA in Photography and Video from the California College of the Arts where she worked as a 4-D Program Assistant responsible for teaching students the basics of video and sound production, and assisting students with installing multi-media and photography exhibitions.

Maria has also been involved in program administration and management, community outreach, and event planning for a variety of organizations and artist collectives in the last several years, including the 92nd Street Y in New York, the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta, and Spark in San Francisco. She is interested in arts education and creating and promoting community resources.
