Recorded sessions

Four pre-recorded online sessions are available for all ARTstor users to access. To register for and view any recorded session, simply click on the session that you are interested in from the list below. You will be prompted to fill out a registration form. Once you complete the form, you will be able to open the session. All sessions are in Windows Media Player file format.

Please note that recorded sessions can only be viewed on Windows 2000 or higher. We are currently working on Mac compatibility.

ARTstor 3 in Minutes

ARTstor has launched the first two of its instructional video series "ARTstor in 3 Minutes." The instructional video series is now available on YouTube and on the ARTstor website:

ARTstor in 3 Minutes: register for an ARTstor account walks users through the account creation process and explains the benefits of registering with ARTstor.



ARTstor in 3 Minutes: download images to PowerPoint describes the steps required to download images and image details from ARTstor and add them to a PowerPoint presentation file.



To view these videos on the YouTube website, search for the keyword "artstor" within YouTube or go directly to the ARTstor channel, www.youtube.com/artstor.

Live sessions

Any user at participating institutions may sign up for online training sessions. Each session is limited to five participants. If your institution does not participate in ARTstor and you are interested in more information, please see the Interested in participation section of our website. To find out if your institution participates in ARTstor, visit the Current participants page.

To register for a session, click on the registration link next to your preferred date and time. Please fill out the registration form and click "submit." You will receive an email with instructions to join the session within one business day. If you do not receive this email, or if the session takes place on the same day you register, please contact userservices@artstor.org.
