The Richard F. Brush Art Gallery at St. Lawrence University has partnered with Artstor to share 229 images of African textiles and Vietnam War-era photography from its permanent collection, as well as approximately 100 images of contemporary Nigerian art. From its permanent collection, the Gallery will share images of West African textiles, which were donated by Christopher D. Roy and Nora Leonard Roy. Christopher Roy is also contributing his archive of field photography to the Digital Library. The Gallery will also contribute images of photographs documenting the Vietnam War and the contemporaneous protests and demonstrations that occurred in the United States. In addition, the Gallery will share images of contemporary Nigerian art, including works by approximately a dozen contemporary Nigerian artists, such as Obiora Udechukwu, Charles A. Dana Professor of Fine Arts at St. Lawrence University.
